Our surrounding highly influence our behavior and lifestyle. The majority of the time, we can’t change it, but we can change how we respond to it, how we feel about it, and how we make decisions.
In addition to providing the usual social skills seminars, we also want individuals to know what they can do in a given atmosphere and feel at ease and confident in every situation.
The questions:
- “What complexity is?”
- “What is my decision model there?”
- “What can I control?”
- and many more
are addressed during interactive complexity workshops.
Participants leave the session with a comprehensive understanding of how to manage their emotions under stressful situations and how to have an impact on other areas of their lives in order to fix the problem.
Such a training we held a few weeks ago at the Cambridge Innovational Center (CIC) in Warsaw. By using examples from the Cynefin Framework, we demonstrated how to comprehend the complexity and how to cope with it. One of The Cognity’s founders, Angelina, discusses her knowledge about how to develop effective communication while providing complex solutions. We enjoy having the chance to make the world a better place!
