As humans, we are social beings and social skills play a vital role in our daily interactions. Autists, however, may face challenges in developing and improving social skills due to their neurological condition. Social skills training can help individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to learn social skills that can enhance their communication and interaction with others.

The Cognity was accepted into the prestigious Alchemist Accelerator!
The Alchemist Accelerator is a venture-backed accelerator that is dedicated to speeding up the development of seed-stage businesses that generate revenue from existing businesses. Based on the median financing rates of its graduates, CB Insights ranked Alchemist as the top accelerator in 2016 (YC was ranked second). The primary screening standards for the accelerator are centered on teams, with an emphasis on having distinctive technical co-founders.

Complexity and changing environment: how to deal with it?
Our surrounding highly influence our behavior and lifestyle. The majority of the time, we can’t change it, but we can change how we respond to it, how we feel about it, and how we make decisions. In addition to providing the usual social skills seminars, we also want individuals to know what they can do in a given atmosphere and feel at ease and confident in every situation.

Workshop on “How to Network?”
We got the chance to host our first networking workshop last Thursday, where more than 60 individuals join us and take part in our lecture! Networking is the informal social exchange of knowledge and ideas among those who share a profession or a particular interest.
